Today I lead the global brand and web team at Sojern/RateGain, a marketing platform for the travel industry. I manage a large global team, owning everything from brand identity and campaign creative to web strategy, design, and development.
My background spans brand, web, UX, and front-end code, and that range is what makes me effective as a leader. I can set the creative vision, then get into the platform and ship it. I care about work that performs: campaigns that deliver results, pages built to convert, brands that stay consistent at scale, and teams that aren't slowed down by process.
Lately, a lot of my energy has gone into how creative work gets made. I've built AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that speed up production, along with the templates and operating models that let small teams deliver like much larger ones. Six of those tools are now in daily use across the company, and one of them, ChartBot, has already saved over 80 hours of chart production.
A Maine transplant, I live on Long Island with my husband, two rambunctious kids, and our dog, Millie. When I'm not working, I'm usually deep in a good book or halfway through a DIY project.
