On joining Sojern, I undertook a redesign of their customer-facing website to address a number of known problems with the brand update that had been rolled out the previous year. Amongst these were graphic elements that were buggy when rendered at different screen sizes, too much written content, poor site and page performance metrics, and a mediocre user experience. Based on analytics and stakeholder interviews, I overhauled the visual language to include our new brand illustrations, simplified the written content, added elements to optimize our SEO and improve page performance, and streamlined the user journey to increase conversions and automated lead generation. The new pages were rolled out in stages and include our homepage, solutions pages, customer verticals pages, and several of our CMS templates, including Reports, Success Stories, and Blogs. The results were astounding, with a 73% increase in marketing qualified leads and a 3x increase in website traffic year-over-year. IĀ also spearheaded the translation of our site into 7 new languages, which resulted in a 35% increase in engaged sessions and a decrease in bounce rates by 18%.

Stage 3, which will address secondary pages with less traffic, will be rolling out throughout 2025.
