WePlan is a group planning app created to address the gap in event planning applications for casual get-togethers. We employed UX research and analysis to identify the key pain points that needed addressing, then created user flows to map out the best way to resolve these issues for both the event creator and the invitees. Using a low-fidelity prototyping app, we did user testing of our preliminary flow, before refining our concept into two high-fidelity prototypes created with Sketch and Invision. The final high-fidelity prototypes incorporate some preliminary visual design, but do not reflect what the fully built-out app would look like. Below are some of the screens we designed for the high-fidelity prototype that illustrate the overall function and feel of the app.
